✅ What you'll be doing:

  • Telephone support: You are the first point of contact for our new customers and have empathetic, convincing conversations
  • Needs analysis & advice: You listen, understand the needs of customers and develop tailor-made solutions
  • Develop strategies: Together with the team, you will develop measures for successful cooperation
  • Technical Support: You learn how to use MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot) and uses them efficiently
  • Documentation & organization: Clean and structured maintenance of customer data in CRM
  • Communication on equal terms: Convincing conversations — always in dialogue, never in discussion

✅ What you bring with you:

  • First experience in sales or B2B sales — you know what is important when it comes to customer contact
  • Talent for communication: You express yourself clearly, are empathetic and convincing
  • Don't be afraid to make phone calls: You are sociable and would like to further develop your conversation
  • Organizational talent: You work in a structured way and keep track
  • Good mood & motivation: Your positive attitude infects others
  • Safe use of MS Office — first experiences with HubSpot Are a plus
  • Completed studies (BWL or comparable) or commercial education
