✅ What you'll be doing:

• Design & visual design: You create appealing marketing materials with Canva — from brochures to ads to presentations.
• Optimize website & landing pages: You work with Webflow & Perspective to keep our website and funnel pages up to date, conversational and appealing.
• Performance marketing: You plan, implement and optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads to generate reach, leads and applications.
• Data analysis & optimization: You track campaign results and derive data-based optimizations for better performance.
• Branding & Messaging: You ensure that our brand message remains consistent and convincing across all channels.

✅ What you bring with you:

• Dein completed studies in marketing or comparable areas or a commercial education is the perfect basis
• Safe handling of Canva, Webflow & Perspective for designs & websites
• Paid Ads expertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) & Tracking
• Strong communication skills: You can express yourself clearly, are empathetic and appear professionally
• Good organization & documentation: You have a structured & independent working style
