• Telephone support: You are the first point of contact for our new customers, make many calls and ensure a smooth start
• Needs analysis & advice: You listen carefully, understand the pain points of customers and find tailor-made solutions
• Develop strategies: You help to develop individual measures for successful cooperation with our customers
• Documentation & organization: You keep customer data and conversation results clean and structured in our CRM HubSpot
• Communication on equal terms: You have empathetic, convincing conversations with customers and prevail — always in dialogue, never in discussion
• Technical Support: You learn how to use MS Office and CRM tools and use them efficiently for your tasks

✅ Your qualifications:

• Dein Study in Business Administration or Comparable Areas or a commercial education Is the perfect basis
• Strong communication skills: You can express yourself clearly, are empathetic and professionally appear
• Don't be afraid to make phone calls: You feel comfortable talking to customers on the phone and would like to further develop your conversation
• Good organization & documentation: You have a structured work style and record important information neatly
• Good mood & motivation: You are open, sociable and want to make a difference
• Good computer skills: You certainly know MS Office, initial experience with HubSpot is a plus
