Our story

The first idea for Simplejobs was born in 2019 when our founder Ali had the vision of a platform for household day jobs. Although the idea was initially unsuccessful, the setbacks enabled him to gain valuable experience in performance marketing and data recruiting.


Our success is #selfmade. Ali's parents provided the 5,000€ starting capital.


Simplejobs' journey started successfully with the placement of qualified truck drivers.


With a rapidly growing team, we have extended our service to include the entire range of commercial and commercial logistics.


Our services are growing. Registration of our first subsidiary Simpleleads Recruiting.


We've successfully completed our first AI call. We keep pace with progress and seamlessly implement technological innovations into our processes.


Introduction of a full-service recruiting agency with AI applicant qualification, active sourcing and SEO job ad optimization.


Change of scenery - moving out of the starting place and into our first own office.


We are particularly proud of our customers whom we have been successfully supporting in filling vacancies for several years - including Rhenus Trucking.


Big news - Thomas Schier is officially on board of Simplejobs as COO. In the meantime, our vision has grown so big and now - together with Thomas - we have clear goals and a plan for how we can achieve them.


New co-managing director: in other industries: logistics, renewable energy, engineering & electrical engineering, healthcare, gastronomy, IT & tech, manufacturing & industry, automotive, crafts and tourism.


Successful partnership! :- We have already received several qualified registrations from electricians, tradesmen and maintenance technicians and are excited to see how our talent pool continues to fill up.


Huge success: Q1 2024 In the next few years, we will grow by 100% annually and, in addition to other industries, will also release other services to enable our customers to recruit 360 degrees.

Our headquarters in Cologne

You can find our office of over 300 square meters in Cologne in the Ossendorf district. We work with our team from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 for our clients' success.
